Welcome 2024-2025 Edgewood Commons Residents!
Here you will find all the steps and documents required to complete prior to check in for move-in day.
We will be sending information out with housing letters this summer, with definite date and times.
We will be updating this page as soon as possible. Please check our social media pages for updates as well!
We will also send emails to all students with Edgewood Commons Move-In Information
**Specific Move-In times are sent out with room assignments and payment plans during the summer.
Prior to move in:
Register – Edgewood Commons Resident Portal
Register and log in to the EC Resident Portal. You will be using the portal all semester.
Please Don’t Snore – Residents will have from May 1st until July 1st to select their preferred roommates.
Payment – Activity Fee (Payment Needed prior to move in Fall and Spring Semester)
Please make your $50 activity fee payment by signing into the Resident Portal
Payment – Housing Contract Fee (Payment Needed – First Installment and SEMESTER Installments Only)
Your payment plan is on your Edgewood Commons Housing Assignment letter. You can make your payment on the Resident Portal.
Complete Vehicle and/or Bike Registration Form(s)
